Priscilla, Andi: Preggy or not?

MANILA, Philippines - Although she’s yet to determine if she’s with child, Brazilian beauty queen Priscilla Meirelles seems to experience some telling signs of pregnancy.

In her interview aired on “Showbiz News Ngayon” June 28, the wife of TV host-actor John Estrada related, "Last week I think for two to three days, I was just really sleepy, like going over 12 hours. I can't stand up like I'm so lazy and sleepy.

“Aside from that, I'm just getting hungry. I'll eat tapos after an hour, I'm hungry again. After an hour hungry pa din. So hindi ko alam.”

It remains uncertain for Priscilla, though, if she’s experiencing “psychological pregnancy” or “pregnancy talaga.”

“We will find out and we will let you guys know,” she added.

Priscilla also said John is already brimming with excitement over the possibility that a baby is on the way.

“Sabi niya, 'Please, babe, have yourself checked kasi gusto ko talagang malaman.' I'm not really planning for it. I believe that God's time is a perfect time," said Priscilla.

Another celebrity confronted with a “pregnancy” issue these days is young actress Andi Eigenmann. The rumor supposedly stemmed from a blog post on Fashionpulis.com last June 23 about an “actress in her early 20's [and] is from a family of talented actors.”

The blind item eventually acquired a face several days later, pointing to the daughter of acclaimed actors Jaclyn Jose and Mark Gil.

Andi’s camp has neither confirmed nor denied the issue as of this writing. As reported on DZMM on June 29, Jaclyn is still mum on the matter.

When PEP had earlier sought comment from Star Magic, which manages Andi’s career, its publicist Thess Gubi said: "As far as Star Magic is concerned, Andi is taping at the set of ‘Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin.’ Questions regarding her pregnancy should be addressed [to] the family. Thanks."

Andi had a controversial relationship with “Mara Clara” actor Albie Casiño before she was launched as “Agua Bendita” last year. She also got linked to Jake Ejercito, the son of former President Joseph Estrada to former actress Laarni Enriquez.
